The Identity Documents Project is a project run by NYU Law students to assist transgender, gender non-conforming, and intersex individuals obtain legal name changes and identity documents that display the correct name and gender marker. Click below to learn more about IDP. |

The Identity Documents Project is a student-run organization that depends entirely on donations. All of our advocates volunteer their time for free, but we need funds to assist our community members in paying the fees for obtaining name changes and updating their documents.
